When former Glencore employees Silindokuhle Sithole and Molebogeng Mogashoa came together to form TauSadi Mining & Engineering, they had an ambitious vision to become a supplier to the big names of the industry. They applied their knowledge and experience to make things happen
The Glencore Story
“The growth of one small business uplifts a community”
TauSadi was rewarded when Glencore granted them a contract to assist with core mining activities and rehabilitation work. Today, TauSadi operates from Glencore's Tweefontein Opencast operation in eMalahleni. With Glencore support, TauSadi has grown to employ 52 people and works with local businesses, who in turn have given opportunities to many others.
